About Me

Hello, I’m Isabel Roy.

I’m a mechanical engineer attending Colorado School of Mines. One day I hope to work in the world of high performance vehicles. I am originally from California but have since moved to Colorado for college. Beyond motorsports, I love skiing, legos, and any kind of tinkering I can get my hands on. My favorite place on the Mines campus is our Innovation Center! I spend almost all my time outside of class 3D printing, woodworking, metalworking, or sewing/embroidering. I love crafting and building things as well as learning new things.

Here are a few things I'm interested in:
  • Formula 1
  • Vehicle design & Integration
  • Skiing
  • Legos
  • WEC Racing
